is a Managing Director within Private Wealth Management. He has significant experience working with fiduciary and agency accounts, along with portfolio and specialty asset management including farm, mineral and real estate assets. Prior to joining The PrivateBank (the predecessor organization to CIBC Bank USA) in 2010, Seiboldt served at J.P. Morgan as a Managing Director in the portfolio management group within the private wealth business. His real estate management experience includes serving as Vice President in the trust real estate management group and head of agricultural property management and team leader of the urban property managers at The First National Bank of Chicago. Seiboldt received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and MBA from the Kellstadt Business School at DePaul University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designations and is a past member of the national CTFA Advisory Board for the Institute of Certified Bankers. He is a member of the The Chicago Farmers, the Chicago Estate Planning Council and the CFA Society of Chicago.William T. Norris
is Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer and head of Asset Management for Private Wealth, which provides investment management, trust and estate services to individual and institutional clients of The PrivateBank. Over the course of his 35-year banking career, Bill has worked in a number of senior executive roles in fiduciary and investment management, supporting a range of investment needs for high and ultra-high net worth clients. Prior to joining The PrivateBank, Bill served as Managing Director and Chief Fiduciary Investment Officer for J. P. Morgan’s Private Bank Fiduciary Group where he was responsible for overseeing all investment activities for trust clients of the firm in the
United States, Europe and the Bahamas. He served in this role from 2005 until 2010 reporting into the Global Head of Fiduciary for J. P. Morgan. Before J. P. Morgan, Bill was National Head of Portfolio Management for Banc One Investment Advisors (BOIA) overseeing portfolio activities across the U.S. While heading up portfolio management, Bill also served as a member of the Banc One Investment Advisors investment and asset allocation committees, working closely with the strategy team in Columbus Ohio. Bill was also a Director of Banc One Investment Advisors until the merger between Bank One Corporation and J. P. Morgan in 2004. Bill’s extensive background in portfolio management and working with clients extends back to 1987 when he took a position as Portfolio Manager at the First National Bank of Chicago.
