For the third year, the CFMA Chicago Chapter will partner with Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago (RTMC) to participate in National Rebuilding Day, on Saturday, April 28, to repair a home in the Chicago area.

Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago believes in a safe and healthy home for everyone, and is dedicated to improving the homes and communities of elderly, disabled and low-income residents so that they may continue to live in warmth, safety and independence.

The CFMA Chicago chapter has been assigned a home in need of minor repairs including, installation of handrails and grab bars, painting and patchwork, yard work, replacing the kitchen floor and bedroom carpeting.  The homeowner Ms. Sandra, is a funny, big hearted 65-year-old woman who co-owns the homer with her loving 48-year-old daughter, Ms. Caprise.

If you are interested in volunteering your time or contributing to materials needed to complete the repairs and improvements, please contact Mike Pohl or David Sauerman
