As laws change regarding marijuana use, they present a whole host of human resource issues, especially for the construction industry. This panel discussion will bring together experts in the industry to help employers understand the complex issues surrounding the legalization of marijuana and its effects on the work place environment.

Pot_leaf.jpgWhat are the limitations of the use of marijuana? How do employers need to modify their human resource policies and manuals? What are reasonable suspicion protocols? How does the acceptance of medical marijuana cards relate to a drug-free workplace?  Federal law vs. state law.  These are just a few of the questions this program will help answer.
