Join us for the second program in our Lunch-n-Learn Pandemic Lunch-n-Learn series. Guest speaker, Ashley Gibbs Davis of Midtown Associates.
Following the foundation-shifting events of 2020, the challenges facing companies, CFOs, across corporate functions, and as individuals are profound and without precedent. We are experiencing complexity and stress as individuals and in our organizations, jolted by the impacts of immense and rapid change along with unrelenting uncertainty.
Leaders are now called upon to deepen individual and collective capacity to manage stress, burnout and learn sustaining tools not only to stay afloat but to dare to cultivate ease, balance and to thrive.
Join us for a discussion with Q&A to learn how to recognize stress reactivity, burn-out and immediate and long-term strategies for coping and resilience. Specific topics will include:
- Recognizing signs of burn-out and strategies for individuals, teams and companies
- Learn the skills and neuroscience behind highly effective and immediate mindfulness-based coping strategies
- Recognize critical role Self-Awareness and Self-Compassion play in courageous leadership (parenting, partnering and living)
- Cultivating courage (and working with the inner critic) during times of uncertainty, risk and emotional exposure
And there's an ROI. These strategies bolster every measure of our well-being as well as enhance decision-making problem-solving, creativity and innovation.
